How do I get started?

The service:


Initial Meeting
An initial meeting / telephone call to discuss your requirements, which will give you the opportunity to tell us what you want from your web site and the features you require. This is free of charge.


The One Free Sample Page Service
Axelle Limited will design a one page sample of your site's 'home page' for free, then you can decide if Axelle Limited is the right company for you.
All we will need is your logo and some preliminary information on your Company and the type of information/theme you wish to appear on your web site. If you do not have any fixed ideas of what you want we can help!
This service is completely free and you are under no obligation to pursue it if you do not wish to do so.


Contract
If you would like Axelle Limited to design your site, we will create a contract, explaining exactly what we will provide and how much you will pay upon completion, which you and Axelle Limited both sign.


Domain Name Registration
If you require to have your domain name registered, we arrange this for you. Depending on your requirements this normally costs between £10 and £20 per year to purchase and retain.


Web Space
If you already have an Internet Service Provider (ISP), the free web space you get with them should be enough for your web site, if not, Axelle Limited can also arrange your web hosting for you from £60 per annum.


Personal E-mail Address
If required Axelle Limited can set up a personal e-mail address, or more than one if necessary.


'Under Construction' Page
Release of an Under Construction Page - so that your customers know your website will soon be llive and how they can contact you.


Design
Axelle Limited designs your web site to your requirements. Time scale for completion will vary according to your specification and requirements.


Testing
One week will be allowed for testing once the web site is complete. During this period you can notify us of any changes or modifications.


Publishing
Finally Axelle Limited will publish your Website onto the internet.


Completion
Job Complete, at this stage the contract is complete and payment is due.


Additional Services


Web Site Maintenance
Most sites will not need any weekly/monthly changes.
If you do need maintenance to vary prices, product ranges and / or photographs, Axelle Limited can do this for you. We would need to discuss prices as every case is different, but generally Axelle Limited will charge £15 per hour. Axelle Limited will give you a fixed price for the work required at the time of enquiry, depending on how big/small the job is. There is a minimum charge of £5 for very small updates.


Digital Photo Service
Axelle Limited can provide a digital photo service of your business / products etc if required, for inclusion of you site. We would be pleased to provide you with further details on request..


Business Cards
Axelle Limited can arrange the print of 250 quality business cards with an appropriate design or your company's logo from prices as low as £20.
